Guided tour of the installation Cisnografia: a reescrita to cisne, aimed at high school students, students of the Senior University and general public.
Cisnografia: a reescrita do cisne results from accepting the challenge of rewriting the 13th movement of Le Cygne da Suite Le Carnaval des Animaux, composed by Camille Saint-Säens. Drawing on objects in the history of dance, its contexts, ideologies and connections to music, this installation seeks to review and rework the way choreography and dance created ideological standards that establish or question dominant ethical and aesthetic norms.
